CNM is in the process of implementing Texting, Intake, and Telemedicine services with Yosi Health. This process is ongoing and implementation bugs are being worked out. Please contact us by phone or through your patient portal if you are experiencing any issues with this process so they can be promptly reported to and addressed by the new service provider.
We recognize this has been a long and difficult process for everyone due to these added communication challenges and we thank you for your continued patience while we get everything in proper working order. We are all looking forward to getting back to smooth clinic operations soon!
