Dr. Erin Weaver is a board certified naturopathic physician who graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) with a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine in 2016 and a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine in 2017. A native Ohioan, Dr. Weaver also holds Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Psychology and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. She speaks Spanish and has experience with global health, having completed medical missions to Peru and India while in medical school. She completed a one-year clinical internship at Providence St. Vincent’s Oncology Department doing acupuncture for patients going through chemotherapy and radiation treatments and for their caregivers. Throughout her adult life, Dr. Weaver has worked and volunteered in diverse settings across cultures and strives to create a therapeutic environment that is open, welcoming and safe for all.
As the current resident physician, supervised by Dr. Milner, Dr. Weaver combines Eastern and Western medical perspectives in delivering a holistic and person-centered approach to patient care. In addition to the mentorship in cardiopulmonary and endocrine medicine from Dr. Milner, she’s passionate about mental health and has additional training in trauma-informed care. While she welcomes conditions of all kinds, she has a special interest in the care and management of autoimmune conditions, and has experience with traumatic brain injury. Dr. Weaver utilizes a team-based approach to health care, one in which you collaborate together to craft the best health care solutions to meet your individual needs. She hopes to see you soon!
