*Medications include Naltrexone, Acamprosate, Disulfiram and supportive adjunctive treatments. We are unable to manage Suboxone and Methadone in our clinic. Naloxone prescriptions offered to all patients who request it regardless of drug use status.

ROUTINE VACCINATION & COVID PCR TESTING

Lab only referrals require that patients complete an abbreviated intake to allow us to establish a chart. Visits will be with our lab, with clinical oversight by Stacie Wolfe ND.

Vaccines available: Seasonal influenza, MMR, TDaP, DTaP, Shingrix, Poliovirus, Hepatitis A&B (available as combination vaccine), Pneumococcal, HPV, Varicella, and PPD testing.

*We are not currently offering COVID vaccination but this may change in the future as minimum order requirements are lowered.
