I see a Naturopathic physician and have had to use less effective medications because she was unable to prescribe the medication that would normally be used. I use only a Naturopathic Dr. as my PCP; mainly because they treat the actual problem, rather than treating the symptoms. This new law will enable her to better assist her patients without having to spend hours of extra time trying to find a substitute medication that she is allowed to prescribe. I am very excited to hear of this new law!
